Sock Academy is a leading UK giftware company that reflects the diverse fabric of our world through 3 vibrant and distinct sock brands: United Oddsocks, Cockney Spaniel and Cucamelon. The brands had grown significantly, penetrating UK and International markets, and winning a string of awards along the way. Having matured as a business Bonfire was called in to review and formalise the overall brand strategy, hierarchy, personalities and relationships.
Drawing on the amazing family culture within the Sock Academy team, each brand was placed within the framework of a ‘family tree’. This framework not only formalised the brands themselves but also gave scope for NPD by adding future ‘members’ to the ‘family’.
Following the brand strategy, a full brand world review including packaging, catalogues, print, video, digital media and ecommerce site was undertaken.
