STAR MEDICAL BRAND REPOSITIONING
Design and implementation of new branding, integrated marketing strategy, website and roll-out
Star Medical, a full-service resourcing and outsourcing company for the pharma and healthcare industry, appointed Bonfire Creative Intelligence to devise and implement a new brand communications strategy.
This included stakeholder research, brand review, and the design and build of a new website to help the company reposition itself to help continually drive growth. Star needed to leverage its place in the world of outsourcing to rebalance sector perceptions of it being mainly a resourcing business, which was far from the reality.
Bonfire delivered an exciting creative response based on insights gained during the Creative Intelligence™ process, which helped inform the brand evolution, new brand styling, and messaging to amplify its two key services: outsourcing and resourcing.
Outputs included a revised brand architecture, brand guidelines and tone of voice document that saw the Star branding refreshed with a vibrant colour palette and metaphorical imagery associated to the outsourcing and resourcing areas of its business.
Following a successful launch in the UK – which included an internal launch, videos, online and offline advertising including PPC and social activations – Bonfire oversaw the launch and roll-out in Ireland and the Netherlands.
The digital campaign outcomes led to being finalists in the Drum Roses Award.
