My role involves working closely with the Business Directors in both organising their diaries and assisting them in various business projects. And in my capacity as Office Manager, I help keep everything on track with the day-to-day running of the office.
Interesting Fact: I’m a secret car fanatic and restored classic cars as a hobby in my youth.

I’m here to deliver ideas. I use my vast brand experience to come up with a variety of ideas and concepts that the team can use to produce interesting, the unexpected and most importantly, successful creative.
Interesting Fact: I am a member of several scooter clubs and ride a Vespa.



Andrew Foster
Senior Designer and Illustrator
I love the variety of working across all our clients’ brands. My workload is split between graphic design projects which involve branding, website design, exhibition stands and packaging, and briefs that call on my illustration skills.
Interesting Fact: I am one of the founding members of the Circus of Illustration.



Roxanne Golding
Account Manager
Working as part of the Account Team, this role perfectly blends my love for lists and all things visual. With a background in print, photography and video production, I have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in seeing a brief come to fruition.
Interesting Fact: I’m (very slowly) learning to skateboard.

Working for over 25 years in the design industry as a creative designer has presented me with many incredible challenges to resolve for a diverse mix of clients across multiple sectors.
A privileged insight into the commercial and cultural needs of many organisations has equipped me with unique problem solving perspectives that make that essential separation and point of difference to ensure market differentiation between the very different needs of businesses, enabling me to secure significant contracts across airport , value volume retail and visitor experience environments.



Guy Shreeves

With over twenty years’ experience in brand marketing within brewing and retail industries, I really enjoy the creative process of bringing a new brand or product to life. To follow it through from an idea to seeing it running down a production line and out on the shelf, is very exciting and also a real personal buzz.
Interesting Fact: Love nothing more than a good dance off. I’ve been mentioned in despatches as having “legs like egg whisks” on the dance floor. So watch out!
