Bonfire was tasked by Pfizer Rare Diseases to review and deliver a market-leading patient portal to improve patient experience and compliance.

Pfizer Rare Diseases needed a creative agency with a deep understanding of user journeys to ensure patients can access a clear, intuitive and seamless experience when using their patient Portal.

The objectives and goals were built around the simple principle that delivering a better patient portal experience would lead to higher levels of content engagement and improve patient compliance and outcomes.
