Star, a full-service resourcing and outsourcing company for the healthcare industry, recently appointed Bonfire Creative Intelligence to devise and implement a new marketing strategy and plan, including the design and build of a new website, to help the company continue to drive growth.

Following a bespoke workshop with the client based on Bonfire’s Creative Intelligence™ process, we were able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s business needs and deliver an exciting and effective response to the brief.

As well as creating a new visual identity for Star, we’ve designed and built the company a new website and created lots of new marketing collateral.  Key pieces include two explainer videos for Star’s key services, Outsourcing and Resourcing, aimed at clients and candidates respectively and a digital customer newsletter.

The company’s vision and mission, new branding and website were launched at an event for staff and partners, along with an advertising campaign, entitled “Impact right from the Start”, that includes digital display ads and search, social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook, featuring the new videos.

As a result of the successful launch of the UK website, Star has asked us to update their Irish counterpart. We are also now helping with their European expansion.
