Giving a little back

Keech Visit 2400X1800

Bonfire are committed to CSR and every year we pay a visit to our main charity benefactor, Keech Hospice Care in Luton, to say hello. It’s also a great opportunity for Keech to update us on all of the good work that they have been doing.

Last Friday saw us pay our regular team visit. We arrived in our wellies, with spades in hand, ready to work the gardens. Unfortunately, the good old British weather put paid to that. So we spent an insightful and touching afternoon taking a tour of the hospice, meeting residents and being reminded about the amazing palliative care services that Keech provides to the whole family throughout a child's illness and into bereavement.

We’ve supported the charity for over eight years now, raising money through an assortment of initiatives including bake offs, a Fantasy Football league, sponsored walks and marathon bike rides and it was great to see first-hand where our money is helping. Our donations over the years would equate to 100 music therapy classes for the children.

Care provided by Keech is free-of-charge to all families that need them and the charity depends on the generosity of supporters to continue its work. We are doing all we can to contribute and would encourage you to do the same. Donations can be made online here:
